Justin Milrad | Reclaim and Reboot

The silence hit me first. That deafening quiet in a home once filled with laughter and conversation. Like you, I stood in the aftermath of my divorce wondering: Who am I now?

I’m Justin Milrad. I didn’t plan to become a divorce coach—life chose this path for me when my 15-year marriage ended, forcing me to confront everything I thought I knew about myself, relationships, and the future.

My journey began with devastation. But in those dark months, I discovered something powerful: the very experience that felt like it was breaking me was actually revealing who I was meant to become.

I decided to do something radical—I signed up for a triathlon, even though I hadn’t trained in years. Each early morning run and freezing swim taught me that discipline isn’t punishment; it’s devotion to something greater than fear. Crossing that finish line wasn’t just a race victory—it was a rebirth. I learned that limits are usually just stories we’ve been told or told ourselves.

From Personal Pain to Purpose

Through my transformation, I realized the skills, resilience, and wisdom gained through conscious divorce recovery don’t just heal you—they prepare you to guide others.

Today, I’m a Certified Divorce Coach® with an MBA and certification in Mental Health First Aid. I co-founded The Blue Dove Foundation, focusing on mental health and addiction education within the Jewish community. But most importantly: I’ve walked the path you’re on right now.
