Weekly Curriculum

Week 1 · Reclaiming Your Worth

Separate who you are from what you’re going through. Build stabilizing practices and a baseline of self-respect.

What this week is about:
Divorce often collapses identity into failure or loss. This session re-establishes a stable foundation by separating your worth from relationship status, outcomes, or others’ opinions.

You’ll work on:

  • Reframing divorce from “starting over” to “starting informed”

  • Identifying intrinsic strengths that existed before the marriage

  • Shifting from victim mindset to architect mindset

Week 2 · Permission to Feel

Learn how to work with emotions without being controlled by them. Simple regulation tools you can use mid-conflict.

What this week is about:
Many men cope by shutting down, distracting, or pushing through. This session builds emotional regulation skills without therapy language or emotional overwhelm.

You’ll work on:

  • Understanding emotions as signals—not weaknesses

  • Reducing emotional reactivity in high-stress moments

  • Staying present without being consumed

Week 3 · Identity Reconstruction

Clarify values, boundaries, and the man you are becoming beyond the marriage.

What this week is about:
Divorce removes familiar roles. This week helps you intentionally design identity 2.0 based on values, not history.

You’ll work on:

  • Separating roles you played from who you actually are

  • Identifying what stays, what goes, and what’s emerging

  • Rebuilding identity with intention instead of default

Week 4 · Co-Parenting as Transformation

(Adapted for non-parents to focus on post-divorce relationships)

Child-first communication, conflict reduction, and emotional steadiness so your kids experience you as safe and consistent.

What this week is about:
Co-parenting is where emotional regulation, boundaries, and leadership are tested. This session centers on child-focused decision-making and conflict reduction.

You’ll work on:

  • Separating the partner relationship from the parenting partnership

  • Reducing escalation and emotional hooks

  • Making decisions you’ll stand behind years from now

Week 5 · Confidence & Healthy Masculine Energy

Confidence through action. Build a repeatable system of small commitments that restore momentum and self-trust.

What this week is about:
Divorce often destroys confidence. This session reframes confidence as a skill built through consistent action, not feelings or validation.

You’ll work on:

  • Identifying confidence killers and limiting beliefs

  • Rebuilding self-trust through micro-commitments

  • Reclaiming grounded, healthy masculine energy

Week 6 · Strategic Self-Care & Radical Responsibility

Stabilize your baseline. Identify non-negotiables and remove self-sabotage loops.

What this week is about:
Self-care is reframed as strategic leadership, not indulgence. This session builds sustainable routines that support long-term stability.

You’ll work on:

  • Identifying depletion across physical, emotional, mental, and purpose areas

  • Taking responsibility without self-blame

  • Creating non-negotiable foundations

Week 7 · Vision 2.0

Create a realistic plan for the next chapter: work, fatherhood, relationships, health, and purpose.

What this week is about:
This session shifts from recovery to creation turning experience into direction.

You’ll work on:

  • Clarifying values post-divorce

  • Designing a realistic vision for relationships, work, health, and purpose

  • Moving from “Why me?” to “What now?”

Week 8 · Resilience & Integration

Build a 30-day plan to keep momentum after the group ends. Prevent relapse into old patterns.

What this week is about:
Integration, reflection, and long-term resilience planning.

You’ll work on:

  • Reviewing growth across all 8 weeks

  • Identifying tools you’ll continue using

  • Creating a 30-day resilience plan

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll have:

  • A practical emotional toolkit (without “therapy talk”)
  • Tools to handle communication and conflict more effectively
  • More confidence and self-trust through repeatable habits
  • A clear direction for your next chapter
  • A 30-day resilience plan to keep momentum
The game changer: You don’t come for inspiration. You come for clarity. Each week ends with one tool you can apply immediately and one take-home challenge that compounds progress.
